BALTIMORE COUNTY CRIME | Five armed robberies/attacks in one day
BALTIMORE (WBFF) - Armed robberies and assaults were reported in recent days around Baltimore County, including in the Catonsville, Randallstown, Windsor Mill, Dundalk, Reisterstown and Essex areas.
At about 10:30 p.m. on Nov. 5, four people in a vehicle pointed a gun at a victim who was walking on Tarragon Road in Reisterstown, just north of Franklin Boulevard, according to police reports.
The suspects took the victim's bag, which had a wallet, cell phone and personal items.
Five violent incidents were reported around the county on Nov. 6.
At 12:34 a.m. that day, two armed suspects tried to rob someone pumping gas at Royal Farms in the east Towson/Parkville area, on East Joppa Road at Danway Road.
The suspects demanded the victim's property and money, but they fled when the victim started to back away.
At 1:10 a.m. Nov. 6, two people in an SUV approached someone walking home on Edmondson Avenue near Meridale Road in the Westowne area of Catonsville.
One suspect got out of the car, displayed a gun and took the victim's property. The suspects fled, but the victim's phone was located near the scene of the robbery.
At 4:30 a.m. that day, someone was approached by an unknown suspect on Star Circle, near McDonogh and Painters Mill roads in the Randallstown area.
"The victim felt an unknown object thrust into their stomach, and the suspect demanded their keys," according to the police report. After getting the victim's keys, the suspect fled.
At 2:12 p.m. that day, an armed suspect entered Ramada Inn on Baltimore National Pike just west of North Rolling Road in Catonsville.
The suspect demanded money from the clerk, then fled after getting it.
At 10:17 p.m. that day, someone was confronted by two suspects, one of them with a knife, at Sollers Point Road and Turner Avenue in Dundalk.
The victim and suspects started fighting. Money fell out of the victim's coat pocket, which the suspects grabbed and fled.
At 6:50 p.m. on Nov. 7, three people with a BB gun entered Orioles Pizza, on Liberty Road at Glen Michael Lane in Randallstown, and pointed a gun at someone, saying "Give me all you got."
The suspects stole two pizzas and fled. No one was injured, and the BB gun was recovered by police.
At 11:23 p.m. on Nov. 8, two people, on armed with a gun, confronted employees behind Papa Johns on Merritt Boulevard near German Hill Road in Dundalk.
The suspects forced the victims back into the business, ordered them to open the safe, and stole money from the safe and cash register before leaving through the back door.
At 11:27 p.m. that day, an armed suspect robbed 7-Eleven on Eastern Boulevard at Marie Avenue in Essex.
The suspect stole cash, then fled on foot.
At 12:40 a.m. on Nov. 9, three people, one of them armed with a gun, approached someone on Sharrow Court in the Windsor Mill area, near Wildlife Drive and Lord Baltimore Drive.
The suspects held the victim at gunpoint, emptied his pockets and assaulted him before fleeing.
