FALLEN OFFICER | Loch Raven High retires Ofr. Amy Caprio's jersey
TOWSON, Md. (WBFF) - A high school team paid tribute to a fallen Baltimore County police officer who once played on their squad.
Tonight Loch Raven High School's girls varsity team retired Amy Caprio's No. 24 jersey.
Caprio, who was killed in May, graduated from Loch Raven High in 2006.
She played on the soccer team as well as the lacrosse team.
Her husband and parents attended the pre-game ceremony and received her framed jersey.
Caprio was fatally struck by a car in Perry Hall while responding to a call.
Four teen robbery suspects have been charged with her death.
