MD Judge dismisses lawsuit against candidate Krish Vignarajah over residency requirements
MARYLAND -- WBFF -- A judge has dismissed a lawsuit against gubernatorial candidate Krish Vignarajah over residency requirements.
According to Vignarajah, an Anne Arundel Circuit Court judge dismissed the suit within 30 minutes.
The suit reportedly claimed that Vignarajah did not meet residency requirements that say that a candidate is required to have lived in Maryland for five years, if they are running for Governor.
The primary election takes place on June 26, while early voting begins on Thursday.
