MIDDLE RIVER, Md. (WBFF) - A domestic incident at a Middle River home ended with one of the residents allegedly choking a police officer, their son assaulting another police officer and all three residents in the home being arrested, according to police.

Officers were dispatched to the home on Dogwood Road on May 20 for a disturbance, according to Baltimore County police.

They arrived to find everything had settled down, but they were aggressively approached by 53-year-old Beverly Davis, who assaulted her husband because he was speaking with the officers, according to police.

The officers tried to put Beverly Davis under arrest for a misdemeanor assault when her husband began choking the male officer, said police.

The female officer tried to intervene, when the couple's son, Scott Davis, 30, assaulted the officer, according to police.

More units arrived and got the situation under control.

All three - Beverly Davis, Gary Davis and Scott Davis - were arrested and charged with multiple counts of disorderly conduct, resisting arrest, second-degree assault and assaulting a police officer.

All have since been released on their own recognizance.
