Riders evacuated from rollercoaster at Six Flags
LARGO, Md. (WBFF) - Riders were evacuated from a rollercoaster at Six Flags in Prince George's County on Monday afternoon.
WJLA reported that the Superman rollercoaster stalled on the tracks.
Six Flags said in a statement that "sensors on one of our roller coasters activated, causing it to stop at a safe location. All guests safely exited the ride. The safety of our guests is our top priority and the ride will be closed for a thorough inspection before re-opening."
Last week, a young teen almost drowned at the amusement park.
