An Ohio woman says she witnessed her CrossFit coach give a homeless man two pairs of shoes without any hesitation on Thursday.

In her Facebook post, Jami McLure he said a man walked up to a garage door at her gym, CrossFit 740 in Lancaster, Ohio, and said he was homeless and asked for a pair of shoes.

McLure said her shoes were too small, so she asked her Crossfit coach Dustin Lansing for his shoe size.

"Without hesitation he took the shoes off of his own feet and grabbed a second pair and took them to the man," McLure said on Facebook.

She added that she has always respect Lansing, but she "grew a much deeper appreciation of him" after the exchange.

At the end of her Facebook post, McClure thanked Lansing:

Thank you for being an example for us all of how we should treat ALL other humans!
